To implement the growth and historical importance of the Chaffee Crossing Historic District through partnerships with developers, entrepreneurs and franchise owners resulting in the creation of a thriving tourism and business sector of the city.
Our Vision
To create a walkable, unique historic district comprised of retail shops, museums, eateries, pubs, coffee shops, galleries, entertainment venues and service businesses that complement the overall appearance and culture of the district.
